Vegan Iced Christmas Fruit Cake infused with Rum.


Bizzibeans Vegan Christmas Cake, handmade in small batches in our Suffolk garden bakery, the fruit is pre soaked in Rum for a rich flavour. It’s a delicate cake so expect a few crumbs, but the taste is delicious. Just like a traditional Christmas Fruit Cake it’s covered with marzipan and fondant icing with a holly leaf decoration in the centre.


Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit (sultanas, currants, lemon peel, orange peel, glacier cherries, dates, apricots), mixed spice
(coriander, cassia, ginger, nutmeg, fennel, cloves) cinnamon, nutmeg, vegetable fat plant oils (sunflower, rapeseed,
sustainable palm, linseed), water, salt, plant based emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vinegar, natural flavourings,
Vitamin A, Rum, (alcohol) plain flour (wheat flour(gluten), calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin) ground almonds (nuts)
bicarbonate of soda.dark soft brown sugar, light brown soft sugar, treacle(cane molasses), Oat milk (Oat Base (Water,
Oats 10%), Rapeseed Oil, Acidity Regulator (Dipotassium Phosphate), Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphates,
