Bizzibeans – Luxury Fruitcake with Brandy Soaked Fruit, Snowflake Shaped Fondant Icing and Marzipan
Our luxury Christmas cake is made in the Bizzibeans Bakery in our garden in Suffolk. Crafted in small batches, the fruit is infused with brandy then boiled with sugar until the fruit is plump and takes in the flavour of the Brandy, sugars and mixed spices. The Christmas cake is decorated with hand rolled marzipan (0.2cm thick) and snowflake-shaped fondant icing.
