Grandpas Gluten free Iced Christmas Cake with Rum is a traditional boiled fruit cake with marzipan and fondant Icing, handmade here in Suffolk. The 1.9kg fruit cake is made with luxury fruit pre-soaked in Rum, which is then boiled to enhance the flavours and moisture of the cake. The cake is then dressed with marzipan and fondant icing. This Gluten free Christmas Cake has a long shelf life if kept airtight. It’s also an excellent Christmas gift and could serve up to 20 people!
If you like your Christmas cake with lots of booze, you have the option of purchasing the traditional brandy infused Christmas cake or a Brandy soaked Christmas cake, we feed the cake with even more Brandy in the lead upto Christmas which is then dispatched mid December, ready to be devoured! You choose!
